How It Works

  1. Add your blood pressure readings — Start with 2 reading rows. Each row has a systolic field (top number), diastolic field (bottom number), and an optional pulse field.
  2. Enter your values — Type in your systolic (70–260 mmHg) and diastolic (40–150 mmHg) readings. Systolic must always be greater than diastolic. Add or remove rows as needed (minimum 2, maximum 20).
  3. Optional pulse — Each row includes an optional pulse field (30–220 bpm). Leave it blank if you do not have pulse data.
  4. Calculate the averages — The calculator sums all systolic readings and divides by the count, then does the same for diastolic and pulse values (if entered).
